"As a seasoned entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the digital marketing industry, I have a wealth of knowledge and expertise to offer my clients. My journey began at the age of 14, when I was tasked with building a website for my brother's electrical contracting firm. This sparked a passion for web design and digital marketing, and I quickly taught myself the skills needed to create and manage successful online businesses.
Over the years, I undertook formal training whilst launching and managing several successful ventures, including a children's entertainment company, a glitter tattoo stencil business, an upcycling company and a digital marketing agency. My hands-on experience and trial-and-error approach allowed me to develop a first-hand, deep understanding of what works and what doesn't in the world of online marketing.
In 2019, I established my digital marketing agency, Smart Marketing Group, which has since grown into a thriving business with a dedicated team of experts. In 2021, I identified a gap in the market for an affordable social media management service and launched Social Media Sister, however, this later merged with Smart Marketing Group at the beginning of 2023. I founded but am no longer a majority shareholder in NI Influencers, a platform connecting businesses with Northern Ireland's top influencers. And most recently, I founded LeadLifter® to fill a gap and help our clients close leads using automation and AI.
I have been a thought leader in the digital marketing industry throughout my career, sharing my opinions and insights through writing and speaking at events. I have built a community of over 30,000 followers on Facebook and Instagram. Now, I offer digital marketing training, consultation, and speaking services to help other businesses grow their online presence.
