I started building websites at 14 and never stopped. What began as curiosity about the internet became an obsession with building things that make money and solve problems.
Before 25, I'd launched a children's entertainment company, a glitter tattoo stencil business, and an upcycling brand. Each taught me something different about marketing, customers, and building from scratch. Most failed. That was the point.
In 2019, I founded Smart Marketing Group — a full-service digital marketing agency. We've since managed over £1.5M in ad spend for organisations including Michelin, Invest NI and councils across Northern Ireland. In 2020, I co-founded NI Influencers. Then came LeadLifter — an AI-powered lead generation tool I built to solve a problem inside my own agency.
Now I'm building AI SaaS Machine — a course teaching non-technical founders how to ship real software using AI tools. No developers. No bootcamps. Just systems that work.

How I Developed Taste
First Website
Built my first website. Immediately became obsessed with how the internet worked — and how to make money from it.
Serial Experiments
Launched a children's entertainment company, glitter tattoo stencil brand, upcycling business, and more. Each one was a crash course in marketing and sales.

Founded SMG — a full-service digital marketing agency. Now manages 100+ client websites and over £1.5M in ad spend for brands across the UK and Ireland.

Best ideas happen after the third coffee. Most of this website was built at 11pm.
I've spoken on stages from Belfast to Madrid. I don't use slides when I can tell a story instead.
I believe taste in marketing comes from building things. Then trying to sell them. Then figuring out why they didn't work. Repeat for 15 years.
