Refunds & Cancellations

This section applies to the paid digital products sold on this website: the £5 report unlocks (AI Slop Score, AI Gap Analysis and Found by AI), the AI SaaS Validator credit packs, and the 100 AI Workflows eBook. Each is digital content supplied electronically, with access granted immediately after payment.

1. Your 14-day cancellation right, and how instant access affects it

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers who buy at a distance normally have 14 days to cancel and receive a refund. For digital content that is accessed or downloaded straight away, this right ends once you have given express consent to access beginning immediately and have acknowledged that you will lose your 14-day cancellation right by doing so.

Because these products unlock or download the moment payment completes, at checkout you consent to immediate access and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day cancellation right no longer applies once access has begun.

2. Our voluntary 7-day refund

Even though the statutory 14-day right does not apply to instant-access digital products (as explained above), we still offer a voluntary 7-day goodwill refund. If you are not happy with a paid digital product, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions asked. To request one, reply to your emailed receipt, or email hello@joshuasnoddy.com with your order details.

3. Faulty or misdescribed content

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not work as it should, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund regardless of the timeframes above. Contact hello@joshuasnoddy.com and we will put it right.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. Refunds are usually issued within a few working days; how soon they appear depends on your bank or card provider.

5. Subscriptions

We do not currently sell subscriptions or recurring plans. If that changes, renewal and cancellation terms will be set out here and at the point of purchase.
